Website design for flooring companies in Ottawa and Gatineau.
Your customers compare contractors online. We build the site that shows them your work, your before and after photos, your reviews and your insurance, in English and French.
Before trusting you with their floors, your customer checks.
They want to see your work and read what your clients say about you. They also look for your licence, your insurance and the areas you serve, from Ottawa to Gatineau. On your site, we show them all of it in one place.
Your work
Your jobs in photos, sorted by type of work: sanding, staining, installation, stairs.
Before and after
The same floor, before and after, on a slider your customer drags. Try it below, on a real job.
Your licence and insurance
Your licence if you have one (RBQ in Quebec), and your insurance, stated clearly. We never post anything that isn't true.
Your Google reviews
Your real Google reviews, front and centre. Your customer reads what your clients say about your work without leaving your site.
One page per service
Sanding, staining, installation, stairs, repairs: each service gets its own page, written for the search that matches it.
A quote request form
Your customer picks the type of project and describes the floor. You get the request by email.
Mr. Hardwood, a local flooring company.
Patrice Lamoureux, owner of Mr. Hardwood, has been sanding, staining and installing hardwood floors for nearly 20 years, in the Outaouais and Ottawa, in homes and businesses. He counts the floors of the National Gallery of Canada among his jobs. He was swamped with work, but had no website, only a Facebook page.
We built his site from his photos and a few answers. He didn't have to write a single line.
- 11 pages: the home page in English and French, and 9 pages by service and by city (sanding in Gatineau, Hull, Aylmer and Ottawa, installation, installation in Gatineau, stairs, staining, repairs)
- A before and after gallery of his real jobs
- His Google reviews, front and centre
- “Fully insured”, spelled out
- A quote request form wired to his email
- His domain, mrhardwood.ca, registered in his name
Mr. Hardwood's site is a pilot project offered in exchange for this case study.

“Having a website is what was missing to look like real pros. It's really great.”

- The balance, when your website is ready. You pay it once you've approved your website, or 14 days after delivery if you haven't asked us for anything.
- 30 days of fixes. After launch, we fix anything that doesn't work as planned, at no charge.
- Everything can be checked. Every fact about your business comes from you or from a source we can show you.
- You leave whenever you want. Your domain is in your name. We hand over your website, your files and your access within 5 business days, with no penalty.
After launch, you run your site yourself ($0) or choose Tranquillité at $129/month. See Tranquillité →
Flooring company websites: your questions.
How much does a website for a flooring company cost?
I'm on job sites all day. How much of my time will this take?
What do you show about my licence and insurance?
I don't have many photos of my jobs. Is that a problem?
Do I keep my domain?
A website as solid as your floors.
Three questions to find your package, then your contact details. We reply with your written quote, at the posted price.
