Our commitments

What's written in your quote.

These commitments cover our work. Nobody can promise you a number of calls or a spot on Google, and we don't.

  1. The price doesn't move. Any addition is written down and approved by you before we start.
  2. The balance, when your website is ready. You pay it once you've approved your website, or 14 days after delivery if you haven't asked us for anything.
  3. 30 days of fixes. After launch, we fix anything that doesn't work as planned, at no charge.
  4. Everything can be checked. Every fact about your business comes from you or from a source we can show you.
  5. You leave whenever you want. Your domain is in your name. We hand over your website, your files and your access within 5 business days, with no penalty.

How much does a website cost with Granvo?
Three fixed-price packages: Présence at $1,500 (one page), Vitrine at $3,200 (up to 7 pages) and Signature at $6,500 (up to 12 pages). Copywriting and bilingual content are included in all three. You pay half to get started and the balance once you've approved your website.
What's the difference between the packages?
Présence is one clear page, in English and French, with your Google profile. Vitrine goes up to 7 pages, one per service, with your before/after gallery, your reviews, your licence and your insurance. Signature goes up to 12 pages, by service and by area, with a step-by-step quote form, 3 articles and a written 90-day review. A chatbot, an online store or online booking can be added as options, at the price written in your quote.
What do I need to provide?
A 15 to 20 minute call, a short questionnaire, your photos and two rounds of revisions. We write the text in English and French. When needed, we create AI-generated mood images, included in the price, and they are never presented as your work.
How long before my website is live?
We start with a first version of your website, then two rounds of revisions. How long it takes depends mostly on how quickly we go back and forth.
Is it made with AI?
In large part, yes. We produce with AI tools, and Cédric approves every website before it goes live. Every fact about your business comes from you or from a source we can show you.
Are there monthly fees?
Only if you want them. Tranquillité, at $129 a month, covers hosting, small changes, your Google profile kept up to date and a report every month. The first two months are included and there's no commitment. You can also look after your website yourself.
