These commitments cover our work. Nobody can promise you a number of calls or a spot on Google, and we don't.
- The price doesn't move. Any addition is written down and approved by you before we start.
- The balance, when your website is ready. You pay it once you've approved your website, or 14 days after delivery if you haven't asked us for anything.
- 30 days of fixes. After launch, we fix anything that doesn't work as planned, at no charge.
- Everything can be checked. Every fact about your business comes from you or from a source we can show you.
- You leave whenever you want. Your domain is in your name. We hand over your website, your files and your access within 5 business days, with no penalty.

Questions about a website redesign.
How much does a website redesign cost?
The same as a new site: Présence at $1,500 (one page), Vitrine at $3,200 (up to 7 pages) and Signature at $6,500 (up to 12 pages). Copywriting and both languages are included. You pay half to start and the balance once you've approved your site.
Do I keep my domain name?
Yes. Your address stays the same when your domain is in your name. If it isn't, we help you get it back before we start.
Will I lose my place on Google?
We redirect each old address to the new page that matches it, and we submit your new site to Google Search Console. Redirects are there to keep what your site has already earned on Google, but no one can guarantee that no ranking will move during the switch.
Can you start from my WordPress or Wix site?
Yes. We reuse the useful content, the photos and the reviews from your current site, whatever tool it was built with.
Do I have to rewrite my content?
No. We keep what still works and write the rest, in French and English, from a 15 to 20 minute call and a short questionnaire.
How long does a redesign take?
We start with a first preview, then two rounds of revisions. How long it takes depends mostly on how quickly we go back and forth. Your old site stays online in the meantime.
