Our commitments
What's written in your quote.
These commitments cover our work. Nobody can promise you a number of calls or a spot on Google, and we don't.
- The price doesn't move. The price written in your quote doesn't move. Anything added is written down and approved by you before we start.
- The balance, when your website is ready. You pay half to start. The balance is due when your site is ready and you've approved it after the revision rounds set out in your quote, or 14 days after delivery if you haven't asked us for anything.
- 30 days of fixes. For 30 days after launch, we fix anything that doesn't work as planned, at no charge.
- Everything can be checked. Every fact written about your business comes from you or from a source we can show you, and nothing is published without your OK.
- You leave whenever you want. Your domain is in your name from day one. What you've paid for is yours: we hand over your site, your files and your access within 5 business days, with no penalty.

How much does a website cost in Gatineau?
At Granvo, three fixed prices, based on the size of your site: $1,500 for Présence (one page), $3,200 for Vitrine (up to 7 pages) and $6,500 for Signature (up to 12 pages). The price includes copywriting in French and English, and it's written in your quote.
What makes the price different from one package to the next?
Mostly the number of pages and what they show. Présence is one clear page, with your Google profile. Vitrine goes up to 7 pages, one per service, with your before/after gallery, your reviews, your licence and your insurance. Signature goes up to 12 pages, by service and by area, with a step-by-step quote form, 3 blog articles and a written 90-day review.
How does payment work?
In two parts: half to start, the balance once you've approved your site. For Présence, that's $750 + $750; for Vitrine, $1,600 + $1,600; for Signature, $3,250 + $3,250. If you don't ask us for any revisions, the balance is due 14 days after delivery.
Are there monthly fees?
Only if you choose a monthly service. After launch, you can look after your site yourself, for $0. Tranquillité is $129 a month: hosting, small changes, your Google profile kept up to date and a report every month, with the first two months included and no commitment. Google Profile & Reviews is $169 a month without a site, or $110 more a month with Tranquillité.
Is the domain name included?
Yes, the first year is included in all three packages. The domain is registered in your name from day one, so you're the owner.
How much do a chatbot, an online store or online booking cost?
They're options, outside the three packages. The price depends on what you need: it's written in your quote and you approve it before we start.
How much does it cost to redesign my current site?
The same as a new site: same packages, same prices. Your old site stays live until you approve the new one, and old addresses are redirected. Your address stays the same when your domain is in your name. If it isn't, we help you get it back before we start.
Does a bilingual site cost more?
